24/7/365 Service
Our service department provides 24/7/365 dispatch from three locations in Marshall, MN, Sioux Falls, SD, and Sauk Rapids, MN. Everyone of our service technicians has a depth of experience and knowledge about every component of every system – whether it’s a small, self-contained refrigeration unit, or a large multiplex rack system – they can quickly and accurately troubleshoot and repair almost any problem.
To more efficiently serve our customers, our warehouse and green service vehicles are fully stocked with commonly used parts. If we don’t have the part you need, we can often get it within 24-48 hours from our large network of suppliers.
Another part of our service is remote monitoring, which means when you or your staff are alerted to a potential problem, we can provide a more immediate diagnosis and remedy for the problem or, if needed, bring the right parts and equipment needed for an onsite service call.
